A new web site was needed to deliver on a number of goals:
- To promote the brand to potential new stockists
- To improve the online stock ordering experience for existing stockists
- To raise awareness with consumers and direct them to local stockists
We re-evaluated how the brand was presented online, and clearly defined who the site was aimed at to deliver on the goals set. The site also had to reflect the history, heritage and stature of the business in a very competitive marketplace.
A complex back end integration was also delivered to support Parlane, making update of stock information on the website and download of order information a seamless process.
