Oxya Refresh

oXya is a leader in SAP technical services and hosting solutions. Formed in 1998, in Paris they now have support teams in the UK, France, Belgium, China and US, with 460 Technical SAP consultants and IT specialists, 190 clients and 190,000 SAP users globally.

The Brief

A French company, unknown here… so they needed a UK agency! With the existing oXya branding as the starting point, we developed  a robust identity to launch the business in the UK.

The Solution

We undertook customer research and benchmarking to evaluate the oXya brand and the equity it held in the French markets. We developed consistent, meaningful USPs for the UK market, to evolve a stronger identity. We designed a website, brochure and exhibition stands, developed and implemented a programme of online PR, including a social media strategy to promote SAP user interaction prior to the annual SUG exhibition.

Corporate Brochure

A brochure for the UK market was part of our initial wave of activity. As they had never really had literature like this in France, it was adapted and utilised for the French market and then across the American regions too.


The group site was large and over complicated for the UK market. Once we’d delivered this UK site, other regions ‘wanted in’. A Canadian and a US site have since been delivered too. We’ve now been asked to create a new Group site for all regions later in 2016.


We have really enjoyed working with the Lines Group. They helped us define our key marketing messages and delivered those messages in a set of materials that are both clear and visually stunning. They made an important contribution to the company’s evolving international image.
