Shining new light through old windows

The challenge.

To create a new identity and give fresh impetus to drive sales.

This award-winning £50 million development involved the transformation of an historic railway site on the outskirts of Milton Keynes.

Selling agent Knight Frank recommended us to Places for People. Our remit was to give the scheme a new identity and fresh impetus for the latter phases of the build and sales process.

With so much history and heritage to draw upon, this visionary development was crying out for marketing material to do this unique site justice.

Our solution.

A wide range of marketing materials to showcase this unique scheme.

‘New light through old windows', was our ‘strap line’, underpinning the next phase of the Wolverton story. We developed a fresh, modern identity that also showcased the historic location through use of the extensive archive images.

We delivered a wide range of marketing requirements - website, brochures, marketing suite, hoarding and site signage, advertising, invites and a unique presentation book for all occupiers.

The results.

Sales targets are hit faster than forecasted.

The materials we delivered gave the scheme the lift required, to boost interest and enabling Knight Frank to secure occupiers for the latter phases of the scheme well within the forecasted timescale. In the words of the client... "boy did they deliver".

"I wanted something different. Not your ‘typical development collateral’. Lines really understood where I was coming from. We now have a lifestyle brand that stands out from the commercial aspect of the scheme. I’m delighted again!"
