Bomford Turner

Bomford have been pioneering innovative design in engineering since the late 1800's, a market-leader in agricultural and industrial vehicle technology. They are part of the UK based companies within the $170 million turnover Alamo Group Europe.

The Brief

Things needed to change at Bomford. Their dated identity wasn’t representative of the company’s standing. Marketing collateral was in need of improvement across the business. Outside influence was required and that’s where we were brought in.

The Solution

Our first project was to modernise the identity and create a platform for growth. Considerable equity existed in their brand, so we looked at a range of options, some with clearer links to the existing brand, others evolving it further. With the updated identity as the foundation, we set about updating all aspects of Bomford marketing materials.

The new look

The chosen route was a step away from the existing and introduced a new colour palette for marketing materials. It has been very well received, both internally and across the customer base.

Product branding

The new branding even extended to the colour finish for the product… a big step, but one that’s happened seamlessly. Probably the biggest visual change the company could make.

Responsive Website

The first and most urgent requirement. An intuitive structure and a dynamic new responsive design was built on our CMS. The site design, coding and back office followed the format of the other Alamo Group websites we had already delivered across the Group.

Product Literature

A massive step up from what they had before. The new identity has been rolled out across product literature and promotional items and the response has been fantastic.

Lines’ creative initiative and clean, simple approach to our new identity was a refreshing one. The team have constructed a new website, digital marketing and brochures, all within a short timeframe. All aspects are handled in house, which makes for a simple, fast and effective process.
